Can I cancel my order?

As long as you haven't picked up the item yet, you can still cancel via rockwerchter@bol.com. We process your cancellation within 24 hours on business days, after which we will refund you. You will automatically receive an email from us once your cancellation has been processed. Read more about cancellations and orders here.

Didn't receive your refund after cancellation?

If you haven’t received an email within 24 hours confirming that we’ve processed your cancellation, please contact us. If you have received an email confirming that your cancellation has been processed, the funds will be reimbursed to your account within 10 business days at the latest.

Can I return items?

Not completely satisfied with your item? Stop by The Festival Shop during Rock Werchter to exchange or return it. Not satisfied with your product after Rock Werchter? Then request a return via rockwerchter@bol.com and follow the shipping instructions you receive.

Haven't received your refund yet?

If you haven't received an email confirming that we've processed your return within 10 business days, please contact us at rockwerchter@bol.com. If you have received an email confirming that your return has been processed, the refund will be credited to your account within 10 business days.

Can't find the return address?

You will automatically receive the correct return address for your item when you submit your return request.

The item no longer fits in the box?

If the items don't fit in a single box, please write the address and return number on each box, and we'll match them up in our warehouse.

Why does bol partner with Klarna for the Rock Werchter online store?

Bol is partnering with Klarna for the Rock Werchter online store to offer customers the flexibility of paying later through Klarna. This Rock Werchter online store features a special festival collection for Rock Werchter. Because this online store is not directly linked to the regular Bol online store, it is not possible to offer Bol’s standard payment options.

Can minors also pay later with Klarna?

To be eligible to use Klarna, you must be a resident of the Netherlands or Belgium and at least 18 years old .

Will I also be able to use Klarna on the regular bol.nl online store soon?

No, bol offers its own pay-later service. Klarna is available exclusively for the Rock Werchter online store and can be used through June 2.

Should I order my items from bol?

Yes, all items you purchase through this online store and at the bol Festival Shop at Rock Werchter are sold by bol.

Why does it say “TWOFIFTYK B.V. via Stripe Technology Europe Ltd.” on my payment statement?

TWOFIFTYK B.V. is the production partner for De Festivalwinkel for bol. All payments are processed through the bank account of TWOFIFTYK B.V. Stripe is a third-party provider that offers a payment solution allowing you to make credit and debit card payments in the online store.

Why can't I have my package shipped?

This Rock Werchter online store is intended solely as an order & pickup service for The Festival Shop at Rock Werchter, where you can pick up your order.

Why can't I log in with my bol account?

This Rock Werchter online store is not linked to the regular bol online store. Therefore, you cannot use your bol account or the bol services you’re used to from us, such as Select.
