You can still cancel your order as long as you haven't picked it up yet. Send an email to rockwerchter@bol.com with your order ID (found in your order confirmation) and indicate that you wish to cancel the order. You can also reply to the order confirmation with this information.

We process your cancellation within 24 hours on business days, after which we will refund you. You will automatically receive an email from us once your cancellation has been processed.

Have you already picked up the product but aren't satisfied with it? If so, you can return it within the return period.

Didn't receive your refund after cancellation?

If you haven't received an email within 24 hours confirming that we have processed your cancellation, please contact us at rockwerchter@bol.com. If you have received an email confirming that your cancellation has been processed, the money will be refunded to your account within 10 days at the latest.

Returns

Not completely satisfied with your item? Stop by The Festival Shop during Rock Werchter to exchange or return it. Not satisfied with your item after Rock Werchter? Then mark it as a return and follow the shipping instructions. We’ll refund you within 14 days of your return request, unless you haven’t sent it back yet, of course.

Step-by-Step Return Guide:

  • Please report your return within 30 days of picking up the item at Rock Werchter. Send an email to rockwerchter@bol.com with your order ID (found in your order confirmation) and indicate which product(s) you wish to return. You can also reply to the order confirmation with this information. You will receive return instructions along with a return label.
  • Drop off your return at a package drop-off location.
  • We will process your return, and you will receive an email from us once your return has been processed.
  • You will receive your refund after it has been processed. Sometimes it takes the bank a little while to process the refund, but they will, of course, do so as quickly as possible.

Haven't received your refund yet?

If you haven’t received an email confirming that we’ve processed your return within 10 business days, please contact us. If you have received an email confirming that your return has been processed, the refund will be deposited into your account within 10 business days at the latest.

Can't find the return address?

You will automatically receive the correct return address for your item when you submit your return request. 

It no longer fits in the box

If the items don't fit in a single box, please write the address and return number on each box, and we'll match them up in our warehouse.

Return Policy

Return period

From the moment you pick up your order, you have 30 days to request a return via rockwerchter@bol.com. After requesting a return, you have 14 days to send it back.

The item may have been used once

Solely for the purpose of determining the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the item. If you use the item more extensively or more frequently, depreciation may be taken into account. You are personally liable for this.

Did you receive a damaged or defective item?

Return your item within the return period and let us know the reason for the return. 

Free returns

Returns are always free with us. You can also return items using the standard withdrawal form.

Pack your item securely

Preferably in the original box.

You cannot return this item

  • Gift certificates and gift cards
  • Journals and magazines
  • Digital products (e-books, audiobooks, and games)
  • Software subscriptions/products (whose seals have been broken)
  • Flowers, plants, and Christmas trees that have a limited shelf life
  • Natural enemies (e.g., nematodes against fungus gnats)
  • Audio recordings, video recordings, DVDs, and computer software (whose seals have been broken)
  • Items that are custom-made or personalized, such as custom-mixed paint, engraved cutlery, and custom curtains
  • Items that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons (whose seal has been broken)
